*Our online store does not currently offer shipping outside of North America. However, for International inquiries, we are happy to proceed on a case by case by entering your order manually. Please note that shipping cost + international duty charges to your destination country will apply, and credit card payment will be processed over the phone. We will only accept payment with major credit cards – Mastercard, Visa & Amex.

Sosken Studios will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The return form enclosed in your package must be completed and included with the item(s) you are returning.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges if applicable) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item(s) and place a new order for the correct item.
SALE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL EVENTS ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that SOSKEN Studios does not issue any price adjustments for Black Friday or the Boxing day/Holiday period.

Step 2: Mail your item back to Sosken within 30 days of the ship date to:

Once we receive your package your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.
If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock. This excludes promotional events such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item. Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time collections. Additional categories or product exclusions may apply.
